Nationally, eCommerce is among those jobs ranked as "High Growth" Additionally, it was reported by the Information Technology Association of America that there is a shortfall of technically qualified applicants (425k of 900k positions remain vacant). According to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, there is evidence of a growing demand for a talented, skilled, and specialized workforce in computer technologies. Fields (i.e., Web Designer, Project Manager, System Analyst, Game Developer, Web Site Developer, Sales Manager, Programmer Analyst, and Network Administrator) which including or are related to eCommerce continue to rank in the top 25 High Growth jobs.
