Meet Our Staff

Susan Nielsen

Executive Director of the Center for the Advancement of Business and Civic Engagement.

Susan has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She has provided training and development for more than ten years to companies such as Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. She formerly served as JCC's Director of Employment Services.

Dott Znosko

Administrative Secretary for the Center for the Advancement of Business and Civic Engagement

Dott is a 13 year employee of JCC; she brings her clerical knowledge from the Technology Learning Center as well as her secretarial experience from the Human Resources and Facilities departments. She was granted a JCC Certificate in Graphic Design in 1999 and an Associate in General Studies in 2003.

Ashley Aukerman

Business Development Liaison

Ashley brings her knowledge of Academic Advising from Student Services to CABCE. Ashley has earned an Associate in Arts degree from Spring Arbor University, an Associate in General Studies and a Certificate in Business Administration from JCC.  She will graduate in December 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Administration from Central Michigan University.
