SHRM Learning System Certification Preparation Course
JCC is partnering with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) to bring the SHRM Learning System to Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale County HR professionals. The SHRM Learning System is specifically designed to prepare individuals for the National PHR and SPHR Certification Exam. PHR/SPHR certification validates an individual’s mastery of the HR field and is a key workforce credential.
This 10-week course provides classroom instruction utilizing SHRM Learning System specific curriculum. Interactive classroom discussions, application exercises, and module exams led by an expert HR professional will ensure course participants are better prepared to beat the national pass rate.

SHRM Essentials of HR Management
JCC is
partnering with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human
Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) to offer the SHRM Essentials of HR
Management course. This 5-week course offers a broad overview of the human
resource functions covering the key topic areas: Human Resource Management,
Employment Law, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee
Development, and Performance Management.
Course includes reference book, activity book, interactive software and access to a HR online resource center.
