Lean Manufacturing Simulator
The Lean Environment Simulator, or LES, is designed to give participants an opportunity to experience true lean manufacturing principles and tools firsthand. This simulator, originally developed based on the Toyota Production Model, has rarely been made accessible to the general population of employers – until now. A simulator is now located at the JCC Central campus. Participants can register for 8-hour courses, offerings an emphasis on experiential learning with a 3-hour lecture component built in. During the class, participants will be given three opportunities to work on an
assembly line.
