Mission
The JCC Solution Center is committed to providing a knowledge-based support system to maintain client productivity. In fulfilling its mission, the JCC Solution Center will:
- provide information to assist clients with the completion of their work
- identify knowledge needed to maintain client productivity
- deliver knowledge-based support via web, email, or telephone

Hours of Operation - Fall 2009
- Normal Business Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- After Hours Classroom Assistance:
- Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- After Hours Emergency Assistance:
- Monday - Thursday after 7:00 p.m.
- Friday after 5:00 p.m.
