Reinventing business: Forum series to help leaders find answers

Looking for a way to improve your business and boost your competitiveness? Jackson Community College will host an interactive forum series entitled “Let’s Reinvent Your Business Together,” over three Mondays in January and February, beginning Jan. 28.

This forum is presented by JCC, The Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce and Result Global, Ltd. and will provide opportunities to network with other business owners, leaders and managers and learn from the experiences of others who have resolved similar problems in their own businesses.  Participants will gain knowledge of best business practices, new perspectives on how to compete, and take away new business ideas. Topics will include:

  • Session One: Jan. 28 – 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Measuring your current performance

Evaluating important skills of your managers

  • Session Two: Feb. 11 – 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Implementing change for success

How can an experienced “change agent” help you?

How to qualify a “change agent”

  • Session Three: Feb. 25 – 6 to 8:30 p.m.

  • Adapting your behavior for your organization’s success and growth

    Why emotional intelligence is critical to business success

    How to avoid common business struggles

Facilitating these sessions will be Christopher Anbari, president and chief executive officer of Result Global, Ltd. Anbari founded his company in order to help expand the capabilities of all businesses by using holistic business performance strategies. He has 25 years of experience with over 580 North American companies and is a pioneer and leading expert on integrated management and organizational development.

All sessions will be held in the Federer Rooms of JCC’s Potter Center.  Cost is $99 per person for one session, or $269 for all three sessions.
