Women's volleyball team signs Athens player
The Jackson Community College women’s volleyball team has signed Jessie Walkinshaw, all-around player from Athens, Michigan, to the 2010 team.
Walkinshaw is a senior at Athens High School and played for the Athens Indians. She has received Class D second-team All State, All Area, All Region and All Conference honors, as well as team Most Valuable Player, Best Offense and Best Defense awards.
She is the daughter of Lucy Lamson and Scott and Kelly Walkinshaw.
