Experience a day in the life of a JCC resident at special event
Jackson Community College Office of Residence Life will host a campus visit day for students interested in living on campus next year on Monday, Feb. 16 (President’s Day).
This special day will feature tours, panel discussions and more. Participants will receive a tour of campus as well as the current Campus View building, a 24-unit, 96-bed facility opened in 2007 at JCC. Each unit has four individual bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, shared kitchen, living and storage areas. A second Campus View building is currently under construction and will be completed by Fall 2009.
Students can learn about what it’s like to live on campus from current and past residents, and parents are invited to a panel discussion by the parents of current residents. Students may check out JCC’s dining services, with a discount coupon available at registration.
Times available include:
- 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., registration at 9:30 a.m.
- 3-6 p.m., registration at 2:30 p.m.
