Women’s soccer Kick Off Classic to be held Sunday

Jackson Community College’s women’s soccer team announces the first annual “Kick Off Classic” inter-squad scrimmage, to take place at 12 noon Sunday, Aug. 2 at the soccer game field, JCC Jackson campus.

This Kick Off Classic is designed to introduce and showcase the 2009 women’s team and will include several alumni players completing alongside their former teammates. The match will consist of two 20-minute halves during which coach Andy Hosmer will pit half of the roster against assistant coach Bill Morse and the other half of the roster in what is sure to be a spirited, yet friendly, environment.
