Magical world of ‘Wizard of Oz’ coming to Potter Center stage Saturday

Follow the yellow brick road to the Jackson Community College Potter Center when it welcomes the “Wizard of Oz” to its stage at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 1.

Brought to the stage by the American Family Theater, “Wizard of Oz” is an original telling of the American classic. Young people will enjoy the journey to Oz with Dorothy and Toto, and the friends they make long with the way, including the Scarecrow, Tin Woodsman and the Lion. It is a magical, musical adventure with a timeless lesson for all. Enjoy Dorothy’s fantastic adventures with a stage transformed into a world of imagination!
