Jets cross country signs two for next season
Jackson Community College is pleased to announce that two runners have signed to the 2011 Jets women's cross country team recently.
Signing to run with the Jets during the next cross country season are:
• Tiffany Trapp, 5-foot-8 senior at Lumen Christi High School. She was varsity all four years in cross country for the Titans, All-Conference Capital Area Athletic Conference Red two years, All-County one year and Second Team All-County two years. "I am excited to have Tiffany as a member of our 2011 cross country team," said Brian Olsen, Jets cross country coach. "She is a dedicated and committed athlete to her sport. I look forward to coaching her for the next two years."
• Morgan McFaul, 5-foot-3 senior at Pittsford High School in Hillsdale County. She was a state qualifier three years in cross country for the Wildcats, and has been named All-Conference, Academic All-State and is a member of the National Honor Society. "Morgan has so much talent that is untapped, it will be exciting to watch her improve her personal times," Olsen said. "She brings to the team a strong element of leadership and desire to perform to the highest level."
