O'Chemistry science demo looks at '4 Molecules of Life'

Young people can get turned onto science and the elements that factor into life when Jackson Community College presents O'Chemistry 2007: The Four Molecules of Life, a free science demonstration at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 in the Michael Baughman Theatre, Potter Center.

Designed for elementary and middle school students, JCC Chemistry Professors Dr. Mark Ott,  John Singer and Sharon Vance will demonstrate a number of easy-to-understand experiments to show students the four molecules of life - glucose, oxygen, water and carbon dioxide.

Young minds of all ages will be excited by the variety of chemistry experiments explained in a simple way. This demonstration is free, but come early for the best seats!
