This month’s event will feature Heather Harrison, a poet from Brighton and former adjunct writing instructor for JCC, and Tim Lane, poet, writer and visual artist from Lansing. JCC’s Broadway Revue presents Spring SpectacularMarch 19th, 2007 Enjoy a Spring Spectacular of music and song as Jackson Community College’s Broadway Revue Jazz/Show Ensemble presents its year-end performance at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 30 & 31, in the Harold Sheffer Music Hall, Potter Center. ‘Big Read’ activities finish up with Pecan Music Gumbo CelebrationMarch 19th, 2007 Jackson wraps up the Big Read celebration of the novel “To Kill a Mockingbird” with a “Pecan Music Gumbo Celebration” from 8-10 p.m. Saturday, March 31 at Daryl’s Downtown. This celebration will feature the Spring Arbor University Gospel Choir and a jazz group from JCC. Fresh Aire: the Music of Mannheim SteamrollerMarch 6th, 2007 Fresh Aire: the Music of Mannheim Steamroller is the highly anticipated concert tour created, arranged and produced by Chip Davis. It will stop in Jackson for one performance only at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Potter Center of Jackson Community College.
