Reporting Concerns

The Service Desk is the main point of contact for all maintenance items, key replacement, contacting staff, scheduling meetings with the Director, etc. The Desk Assistant (DA's) undergo training to assist with responding to student needs. The Desk Assistants also have the ability to contact the Professional staff on call (after hours) when needed.

Of course you can always contact Campus Security at 517.796.8620 or 911. We just ask, that if you contact these individuals give the service desk a call as well - as they will be the ones to let emergency staff into the building, etc.
