Room Reselection

Current Campus View residents will have the opportunity to re-select rooms during the Winter semester. The room reselection process typically will occur in February or March and is based on when the upcoming year Housing Contract are made available.

Returning Campus View residents will have priority for room reselection in the following order:

  • Same suite, Same bedroom

  • Same suite, Different bedroom

  • Same floor, different suite

  • Open Session for returning students who have no preference of suite/bedroom/floor

Note: If individuals want to live together in one suite all individuals need to request on another on their contract under suitemate requests in order for the request to be granted. It is recommended that when able, all students wanting to live together come to the room reselection process of those individuals wanting to live together.

Also, it is highly recommended that residents talk with current suitemates if they are "thinking" of changes in their current suite to ensure that a current resident is not planning on returning to their space as well. Which in turn could impact the room reselection process of those individuals wanting to live together.
