Dance

Most people use sound to communicate, but dancer's use their body to do the same thing. Just like language, the dance has its own unique vocabulary, semantics, and structure that enable dancer's to fully express their thoughts and feelings with ease and grace. Not only does DAN 121/HPF 221 allow dancer's to gracefully communicate by innovative flowing motions, but also helps dance's student strengthen their body, improve flexibility, coordination, and concentration. This course embraces both the new and expert dancer. Contact your transfer institution to verify transferability.
