Within program support, we have identified several goals and
specified the outcome we expect in order to successfully
complete each goal.

Program Support

Work with the Teacher Education Program to provide two
semesters of mathematics for elementary education students. |

Outcome a:
Maintain a significant service learning component in
MTH 210. |

Outcome b:
Participate
in teacher education fairs, advisory boards, and other
efforts led by the teacher education program
coordinator. |
|
2.
Continue discussions with
programs that have changed to a MTH 120 degree
requirement. |
|
Outcome a:
Revision of the portfolio requirement for inclusion in
MTH 120. |
|
Outcome b:
Departmental discussion and decisions about course
content, syllabus and textbook to determine future
direction for this course. |
