Email Accounts
All instructors are automatically issued JCC email accounts.  The first time you log on, your user name will be the first seven letters of your last name, followed by the first seven letters of your first name, followed by your middle initial.  For example, if your name was Jennifer Marie Sharp, your user name would be sharpjennifem.  Your initial password is your social security number, but it is advised that you change this right away (you may do this from within the program).  This is also your initial Novell user name and password, which you will need to log on to any JCC computer.  If you have any trouble logging on, ask one of the lab consultants, or contact the Info Tech Solution Center at 796-8639.

Adjunct Faculty Office
JM 140A is the adjunct faculty office for faculty teaching in McDivitt on Main Campus.  This room has a phone and a computer available for your use, as well as the overhead projection calculators.  You may also want to use this room as a private place to meet with students.  To gain entry to this room you will need the password for the security keypad, which is available from Bernie Dewland at 796-8152.

Adjunct Faculty Mailboxes
All adjunct faculty are automatically assigned a mailbox.  On main campus, the mailboxes are located in JM 143.  In this room you will also find supplies (in the cupboards beneath the mailboxes) and any forms you may need (in the file cabinet).  A copier is also available in this room for small jobs (10 copies or less).  At other locations, please check with the main office for location of mailboxes and supplies.

Copy Center
The majority of your copying should be done through the JCC Copy Center.  Print request forms are available in the office (JM 143 on main campus).  The cost code for the math department is 052.  Try to allow at least a week for your request.  While-you-wait service is available, but it is advisable to call ahead (787-0800 ext 8276).
