The Teacher Education program at Jackson Community College prepares future teachers to be leaders through hands-on experiences and active classroom work. Learning encompasses dialogue, social inquiry, reflection, assessment and skill building. Students participate in portfolio building and service learning opportunities.  The JCC Teacher Education Program nurtures students who think critically, value service and advocate for children
