The Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) is administered on behalf of  the Michigan Department of Education by National Evaluation Systems, Inc.  The MTTC will be administered four times during the 2003-2004 academic year at various test areas in Michigan.  The registration bulletin, which will be available in August 2003, contains comprehensive information about the MTTC and all information and forms necessary for registration.
