Head Men's Soccer Coach

Saimir Rada begins his first year as head coach of the Jackson College soccer program. With a wealth of experience and a proven record of success in the Michigan youth soccer scene, Coach Rada has demonstrated expertise in recruiting and developing youth to compete in regional and national tournaments. A coach with the Michigan Alliance, he has coached several boys and girls teams to regional and national championships. Several of Coach Rada’s players have gone on to play at top universities.

Coach Rada was an assistant coach at Spring Arbor University for the 2011-12 season where Spring Arbor recorded a 16-4-2 record with a trip to the Nationals where they finished the season Champions of Cross Road League. He has also been a coach in the Michigan Alliance Football Club since 2001 coaching girls and boys teams.

An ardent student of the game, Coach Rada holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from the High Institute of Physical Education in his native, Albania. Earned his UEFA A License in 2009 , UEFA B in 2006 , USSF D in 2001 ,ALBANIA A in 1998.
