Message to the Business Development Group at JCC

On behalf of MacSteel, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Jackson Community College for their assistance and expertise in our continuous improvement program at MacSteel.  MacSteel embarked on a program of continuous improvement for management just over a year ago.  This included classes on conflict resolution, root cause/corrective action, FEMA, Six Sigma and supervisor responsibilities.  These classes have been held on site by  with a specific focus, such as Six Sigma.  We now realize the resource capability that exists at JCC and the advantage of having such a resource so close to our location. This partnership continues in order to provide all the skills for our management team that will secure MacSteel as a market leader in the coming years.
