Paying for College

At Jackson Community College, the Customer Service Specialists process tuition payments and provide assistance with the FACTS tuition payment plan. They also answer general questions regarding balances, refunds and payment methods.

Pay to Stay Friday

Payment is due on the Friday of the week you register, i.e. if you register on Tuesday, your payment is due
on Friday. Review the Payment Due Dates schedule to ensure the preservation of your class schedule. Students who do not pay by their payment due date, risk losing the spot in the class(es) they have registered for. JCC does not guarantee that you will be dropped for non-payment.

Note: After the first day of the semester, payment is due immediately.
