How do I use my tuition assistance?

Present a completed & signed tuition waiver form to the cashier.

How do I fill out a voucher?

In addition to the vendor name and the amount, be sure to have your supervisor sign the voucher, include the entire 14-digit charge code, and reason for purchase.

When will my payable be processed?

Vouchers received by the business office by Tuesday at 12:00 pm (noon) will be mailed out by Friday. E-checks will be deposited on Friday.

What is the current mileage rate?

As of July 1, 2012, the mileage rate is 55.5 cents per mile.

Per the labor agreements between JCC and JCC-ESP (Article XIII, Section D) and between JCC and JCCFA (Article V, Section F, Item 3), the College rate will be established by July 1st of each year and will be equal to the IRS rate that was in effect the previous January.
