F.A.Q.

  • I am a financial aid student, why do I need to enroll with FACTS?

Even though you may be receiving a financial aid award, the amount of your award may not cover your outstanding balance in full. Changes in class schedules may result in a change to the amount of financial aid  that will actually pay to your account. This partnership with FACTS helps to ensure collection on our outstanding tuition payments that are a result of unforeseen changes in our student’s schedules.
