As such, we are uniquely positioned to assess skill-gaps in the incoming and existing workforce and identify areas where additional training and development would provide maximum impact. As businesses expand and diversify to remain competitive, having a pulse on the local business community allows CCE to be proactive and demand driven in its approach to the region’s workforce and professional development needs.
