Hamlet, Prince of Denmark

Elsinore, Denmark: The king is dead by his own brother's hand, but all of his subjects are in the dark. A cry for vengeance from beyond the grave demands justice, but will the king's son be able to deliver? With a country at stake and his honor on the line, where does a prince's allegiance lie? With his father or with his conscience? The MSF brings Shakespeare's ultimate work of betrayal, revenge and redemption to the stage. Directed by MSF Artistic Director Janice L. Blixt. Featuring MSF favorites Janet Haley and Alan Ball, and making his MSF debut in the title role, Shawn Pfaustch (Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Hypocrites, Shakespeare on the Lake).
