How to use the Facilities Services Groupware Folder

The JCC Facilities Team wants to do our best to accommodate your needs by enhancing campus life with the best quality workmanship possible.

After choosing the appropriate folder that suits your need (descriptions below), use the following easy steps:

  • Click on the folder (type of service) you are requesting.
  • Click on the “post pin” in the left hand corner.
  • Enter complete details (please include your phone ext., and building/room number).
  • Post your request.

Events Set Up / Needs

Due to time constraints and tight scheduling, EVENTS SET UP / NEEDS must be posted at least 48 hours prior to need. Indicate the event location, set up time, event time, and detailed description of services needed. EVENTS SET UP / NEEDS requests will be processed daily by Dott Znosko and Dennis Pierce.


KEY REQUEST

For campus security and safety, you must obtain permission from your supervisor and the Director of Facilities to request building/room keys before posting to this conference. Provide complete information including building/room key(s) and date needed. KEY REQUESTS will be processed daily by Dott Znosko and Lonnie Hutchinson.


Work Request

This folder is for all non-emergency campus work requests including but not limited to light replacement, picture hanging, small furniture moves, broken hardware, etc. Please provide complete information including work location (building/room), details, date/time required, and your phone extension. WORK REQUESTS will be processed daily and priority scheduled by Dott Znosko, Lonnie Hutchinson, and Dennis Pierce.


Building Access

This folder is extremely important to the safety and security of our campus. Building Access requests must be posted to this conference Monday-Friday 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.  After 8 p.m. on Friday, weekend access must be made by calling the Security Guard at (796-) 8620. Please post at least 24 hours in advance and include area to be accessed, date and time of arrival/departure. Upon arrival, the on-duty guard will give you a Building Access Card to fill out. BUILDING ACCESS requests will be reviewed and scheduled daily by Dott Znosko, Jeff Whipple and Rollins Security personnel.


Vehicle Scheduling

Requests for JCC vehicle use are for authorized JCC Drivers only.  Please provide complete information including name, department, phone extension, type of vehicle needed (i.e. covered/uncovered truck, minivan, gator), time of departure/return, purpose of vehicle use, and destination.  Postings should be made at least 72 hours in advance AND CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE by calling ext. 8681 (since vehicles are in constant use). When your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.  VEHICLE SCHEDULING requests will be reviewed and approved daily by Dott Znosko and Don Whipple.
