Buffets are $8.95 per person. Buffets are a minimum of 25 guests, below that number will incur a $1.00 per person surcharge.

Tuscan Buffet

Chicken cordon bleu lasagna, garlic and herb butter vegetable du jour, Romaine salad with vinaigrette dressing and fresh rolls with olive oil and garlic.

Southern Comfort

Tender and juicy chunks of chicken breast in a vegetable filled cream sauce served along side of fresh baked biscuits, fresh tossed greens with a variety of dressings and fresh seasonal fruit salad.

Caribbean Flair

Roasted and seasoned boneless chicken breast topped with a pineapple mango chutney served with cranberry wild rice pilaf, fresh greens salad with a raspberry vinaigrette.

South of the Border

Grilled marinated strips of chicken and beef are sautéed with onions and peppers and served with warm tortillas, refried beans, and Spanish rice. Toppings will include shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa.

The Classic

Variety of ham, turkey and roast beef sandwiches served along with individual bags of chips, bag of individual whole fruits and a variety of sodas. This choice is delivered in bags that will contain your plates, silverware and napkins needed for you to set up your own buffet. $7.25

New York Deli

Sliced ham, roast beef and turkey is served along with a cheese tray which includes slices of American, Swiss and Provolone. Lettuce, tomato and pickles will accompany a wide variety of fresh breads and rolls. We will include all the condiments necessary to complete your meal. Pasta salad, fresh baked cookies and individual bags of chips will round out your event. $8.95 per person

Soup and Salad Bar

Soup du jour served along with bowls of cut romaine lettuce and fresh tossed greens with toppings such as cucumbers, tomatoes, cheeses, chopped eggs and cut vegetables, fresh baked cookies, dinner rolls and dressings to finish off your meal. Wrap Bonanza
