Fundraising Event Parameters

  1. Event request must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to event.
  2. Only one (1) event per week will be permitted and scheduled.
  3. Event must be approved by the ARAMARK Manager
  4. Event must be held in buildings where food service does not have an outlet.
  5. Goods sold will not be in direct competition of items sold in food service outlets unless previously approved.
  6. Advertising can be done in any buildings on campus.
  7. Event must be student based, competitors of food service will not be allowed to participate on campus, unless pre approved by food services. ie.. Little Ceasars kits, etc.
  8. Events will be limited to items listed in event request form.
  9. Events will be limited to hours listed in event request form
  10. Events will be limited to date listed on event request form, each new date will have to be a new request and a new form will have to be submitted and approved.
  11. Every student group will be permitted one (1) event per month so as not to monopolize these events. If no group has requested an event two (2)weeks prior to a certain week, then any group may apply for that week even if they have already requested an event that month.
