To Kill a Mockingbird

Jackson, Michigan is one of 72 communities nationwide participating in The Big Read, a program through the National Endowment for the Arts. During the month of March, the Jackson community will read Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mocking Bird and participate in activities surrounding the themes and ideas in the book. Throughout the month, activities sponsored by a variety of local organizations will be taking place at venues all over Jackson.
