The role of Corporate & Continuing Education nationwide continues to evolve and expand. As a new knowledge-based, global economy emerges, businesses must seek out innovative ways to remain competitive in an ever-expanding marketplace. These efforts to grow and flourish hinge on a business’s ability to recruit, train, and retain a skilled workforce. In turn, the region’s ability to grow and flourish hinge on the ability to produce the skilled workforce that will both attract new businesses and revitalize existing businesses.
Whether you are a business leader seeking professional development options for your employees or an individual seeking to improve yourself, CCE can help. CCE offers a wide variety of customized training programs to meet a specific employer’s need or industry credential. The center can assist employers with training needs for apprenticeships, available for skilled trades and professional fields.
“We recognize the importance of providing quality training and education to our business and industry community,” said Heather Harback, director. “We’re demand-driven. We are offering classes based on needs that are expressed to us.”
