Access Ellucian’s Client Support to register for an Ellucian Hub Account. Once you have access to the Ellucian Hub, you will be able to access Colleague documents and articles or visit Ellucian’s eCommunities to connect with other Ellucian clients.
Ellucian’s eComunities have been established to facilitate communication between Ellucian clients with similar interests. Any client with a valid login to the Ellucian Hub can access the online eCommunity. In January 2015 the original Datatel Forums were migrated to the improved eCommunities with additonal features for connecting and networking with other Ellucian clients.
Datatel offers free web demonstrations to keep clients informed of new solutions and other important industry information.
Access the Software Updates Search tool to determine the software updates that have been released over a given period of time, as well as the number of updates during that time span — in chronological order.
“TechDoc Online” which contains data structures and field elements of the Datatel database.
