Datatel Users' Community Forums |

Online
community forums have been established by the Datatel
Users' Group in collaboration with Datatel to facilitate
communication between Datatel clients with similar
interests. Any person with a valid login on the Datatel Web
site can access the online community forums. Logins and
passwords are synchronized with those of the Datatel Web
site. The forums were originally e-mail lists for several
years and in March 2007 they were migrated to these forums.

| Datatel offers free web demonstrations to keep clients informed of new solutions and other important industry information. |
Software Updates Search Tool |
| Access the Software Updates Search tool to determine the software updates that have been released over a given period of time, as well as the number of updates during that time span -- in chronological order. |
AnswerNet Access |
| Datatel's online knowledgebase that clients can use to search for resolutions to specific issues. AnswerNet access is limited to authorized callers at JCC. IT staff may open a technical call the the Datatel solution center. JCC is billed for this service |
Tech Doc Online |
| "TechDoc Online" which contains data structures and field elements of the Datatel database. |
Datatel Users Group |
| Datatel User Group information from previous national meetings is available online. Datatel provides archives of proceedings since 1997. |
