Rental Fees
Audio/Visual Service
Equipment Rental Fees pertain to those groups or organizations that have rented space on campus and would like to use Audio and Visual aids for their event. You may either reserve equipment at the time you book your event or by contacting the Audio/Visual staff at (517)796-8478.
Terms & Conditions
- Requests for Audio/Visual equipment and services must be made at the time of booking the facility to guarantee availability.
- Rates do not include the services of any AV technicians. Technical help is available at the rate of $25.00 per hour.
- All equipment is to be used for on-campus meetings only.
- Rates based per day (8 hours).
