JCC Solution Center

Mission

The JCC Solution Center is committed to providing a knowledge-based support system to maintain client productivity. In fulfilling its mission, the JCC Solution Center will:

  • provide information to assist clients with the completion of their work
  • identify knowledge needed to maintain client productivity
  • deliver knowledge-based support via web, email, or telephone

Initiating Work Requests

All technical work requests are requested through the JCC Solution Center.

Hours of Operation - Fall 2007 & Winter 2008

  • Normal Business Hours:
    • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • After Hours Classroom Assistance:

  • Support provided from Open Lab(s)
    • Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • After Hours Emergency Assistance:

    • Monday - Thursday after 9:00 p.m.
    • Friday after 1:00 p.m.
    • Saturday & Sunday

Note: Hours are subject to change, please refer to the Service Level Agreement and posted holiday hours.
