TeleCirc

TeleCirc Service (517-784-2280)

TeleCircis an information service that allows patrons to call the library computer using a tone-dial type telephone. There is no charge for this service other than the cost of the telephone call.

With TeleCirc you can:

  • Renew JCC Library items (email or call to request renewal of ILL items 517-787-0800 x8352)
  • List items on hold and their pick-up locations
  • Cancel items on hold
  • List items currently checked out and their due dates
  • List current library fines

To use TeleCirc you need:

  • A tone-dial type telephone
  • Your library card with its barcode number
  • Your library PIN (Personal Identification Number- selected when you applied for your library card)
  • If you do not have a PIN, or do not remember it, call JCC Atkinson Library at 517-787-0800 x8202. You will be asked to verify your identity.
