JCC awards Presidential Scholarships Jackson Community College's Board of Trustees and President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Daniel J. Phelan are pleased to announce the selection of the following 12 recipients of Jackson Community College Presidential Scholarships for the 2005-2006 academic year. These honor students have been selected from a group of more than 50 outstanding high school students who applied for the award. The $1,500 tuition-only scholarship will be divided equally between Fall 2005 and Winter 2006 semesters. Recipients are required to enroll full-time for each semester. The Presidential Scholarship is renewable for a second consecutive academic year at Jackson Community College provided the student continues to enroll full-time and maintains a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
