Agatha Christie's classic 'The Mousetrap' prepares to take stage

Jackson Community College is setting the stage for an exciting presentation of Agatha Christie's popular mystery "The Mousetrap" in February.

"The Mousetrap" tells the story of a group of strangers stranded in a boarding house during a snow storm, one of whom is a murderer. Cast members include:

  • Sarah Weber, JCC student - Molly Ralston
  • Stephen Kamke, JCC student - Giles Ralston
  • Chris Fultz, JCC student - Christopher Wren
  • Elizabeth Howard, JCC student - Mrs. Boyle
  • Eric Duvall, guest - Major Metcalfe
  • Bonnie Hyden, guest - Miss Casewell
  • David Nadolski, JCC instructor - Sgt. Trotter
  • Paul Yau, JCC student - Paravicini

"The Mousetrap" will be directed by Ann Holt, who has directed numerous local and JCC theatre productions. Holt studied theatre at Carnegie Mellon University and has completed the acting/directing/playwright class at Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea.

Don't miss this thrilling evening of murder and mystery that will have you guessing right up to the end! "The Mousetrap" will be presented the weekends of Feb. 17-19 and 24-26, at 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $7 for students and seniors and $9 for adults, along with a $1 restoration fee. Tickets may be purchased at the Potter Center Box Office at 796-8600, or online through Choice Ticketing.
