Schauer, Walberg to debate at JCC

As the election for representation of Michigan 7^th District in the U.S. House of Representatives draws near, the two major political candidates will face each other in a debate at Jackson Community College’s Potter Center on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

The debate will take place at 2 p.m. at the Potter Center, Sheffer Music Hall, between Democratic challenger Mark Schauer, currently a state senator, and incumbent Republican Tim Walberg.  It will be televised on WILX-TV 10 that evening at 7 p.m.  The public is welcome to attend and hear the candidates’ debate.
