Comedy Series kicks off with 'One State, Two State, Red State, Blue State'
Jackson Community College will present the hilarious political comedy from Chicago City Limits, “One State, Two State, Red State, Blue State” at 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday in the Michael Baughman Theatre, Potter Center.
Whether your heart bleeds red or blue, Chicago City Limits has the political comedy cure with this special pre-election show. “One State, Two State, Red State, Blue State” goes head-to-head with the faces, places and events that shape the 2008 election. The CCL cast takes issue with the issues, as it combines the very best in sketch comedy, musical theater and audience-inspired improvisations. Give your audiences the opportunity to seek shelter from the political storm, as CCL brings to life debatable debates, candid candidates and the carnage of the campaign trail in this smart and timely show!
