JCC collects 350 coats for Katrina victims
Blackman Township Trustee Scott Ambs and JCC
Forensics Advisor and Instructor David Nadolski.
Jackson Community College, in cooperation with the National Forensics, Speech and Debate organization, collected 350 winter coats for displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina. The coats were loaded onto a truck Wednesday with help from Blackman Township Trustee Scott Ambs and heading for Galveston County, Texas, to assist victims there.
