JCC, Siena Heights to offer new session for accelerated business program

Jackson Community College and Siena Heights University will again partner to offer an accelerated Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration to adult students. An informational open house will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7 at JCC @ VO-TECH, 1376 N. Main St., Adrian, Mich.

This bachelor’s degree program offers the same courses one would take in a traditional four-year program, but in a shorter, condensed time frame, with completion within three years. Classes will meet on Tuesday evenings and approximately four Saturdays per session, and will combine classroom and online learning. Students should have Internet access at home, or consistent access to the Internet on another computer.

JCC is currently accepting applications for Fall classes, which will start in September at JCC @ Lenawee VO-TECH. Students accepted will be dually admitted to both JCC and SHU. Admission is limited; students will be admitted as a "cohort" group that will progress through the program together.
