Haslett senior signs with JCC baseball

Jackson Community College signed Haslett High School senior Kyle Peters Monday to the Jets baseball team for the 2008-09 season.

Coach Rick Smith welcomed Peters, a pitcher who played varsity baseball all four years for Haslett.  He was All-Conference his sophomore and junior years (and was unanimously selected by all coaches his junior year) and was voted Most Outstanding Pitcher his junior year.  He will be a right-handed pitcher for the Jets.
