Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is
the International Honor Society of the Two Year College. It is centered
around the four hallmarks:
Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship, and Service.
Participation in the organization on the local level is not required. You may simply chose to use the benefits as you deserve them. PTK has the honors study topic of Gold, Gods, and Glory: The Global Dynamics of Power. For more background on the organization, you can read some history of the organization. If you qualify and would like to become a member, simply print and fill out the New Member Application, print out and have signed the Faculty Affirmation Form. Send both forms, along with a one time fee of $80.00 (payable to Phi Theta Kappa) to JCC PTK c/o Alana Tuckey Alpha Rho Lambda Chapter
