Transportation, Parking & Closings
JCC, with the cooperation of the Jackson Transportation Authority, provides five drop-off times at Jackson campus and six pick-up times for transportation back to the downtown Transfer Center. JTA offers discounted student fares and monthly passes. Transportation is available Monday through Friday except on holidays and semester breaks.

Parking
Driving to JCC? All parking at JCC is free. Allow enough time to park your car and walk to your first class of the day. We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your first class. Parking is allowed in designated areas only, and is strictly prohibited in fire/safety vehicle access lanes, City/County bus access lanes, handicap spaces, all campus drives and roadways. Campus security personnel have been sworn to enforce Summit Township and state parking ordinances on campus. Safety warnings and parking violation citations will be issued when necessary to control parking and to provide a safe means of entry and exit from campus lots. Emergency College Closing
When weather conditions are considered hazardous, or in other emergency situations, the College may close or postpone the opening of Jackson campus or any JCC location. Call 517.787.0800 for cancellation information or go to www.jccmi.edu for the most up-to-date status. Every effort will be made to broadcast this information over local radio and television stations.
