The Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement is a multifaceted initiative that will continue to grow and improve while it addresses the identified needs of the community offering a high quality, experiential education to its students as they learn to become civically engaged.
How can we help you embed Service Learning into your course work?
- Design your service-learning project and reflection activities.
- Provide ‘faculty resources’ on service-learning.
- Act as the liaison between you and your community partner(s).
- Conduct in-class presentations.
- Manage paperwork and record-keeping for you.
- Institute rewards for faculty participating in service learning.
