Cost
The cost below is for the Cost 2008 - 2009 Contract Term
and will be the fixed rate for Campus Housing for the next three contract terms.
Note that rent payments are made twice per year (prior to August and January
start).
Rent
- $495.00 per month, per person
with a 12 month contract.
Deposit
- $40.00 application fee.
- $200.00 security deposit due when submitting contract.

The first unit will be a three-story apartment building with:
- 24 four bedroom furnished units
- Four students per unit
(1 resident per bedroom)
