College Visits and Scholarship Opportunities
Colleges and Universities plan visits to Jackson Community College throughout
the year. This is a good time for JCC students to meet individually with
four year college reps. It is often helpful to bring along an unofficial
copy of your JCC transcript when meeting with them. Other information you
may may want to request are application deadlines, transfer student scholarship
opportunities, course equivalencies, transfer guides and specific
information on second tier admittance for programs such as teacher education,

National Portfolio Day - November 1, 2008 at
Kendall College of Art and Design of
Ferris State University. This is an opportunity for art students to
have their portfolio reviewed by more than 30 college and universities in
the United States and Canada.
