About the Transfer Guides
These transfer guides are maintained by Jackson Community College, but only the four-year colleges or universities determine what and how courses transfer. If transferring with the MACRAO designation (see the MACRAO Agreement below) it is necessary to complete all of the required courses. However, it is not necessary to complete all of the courses on a transfer guide prior to transferring. Courses on the transfer guides with a grade of 2.0 or higher will be transferable.
Although we work with four-year colleges and universities, we strongly recommend you contact the college or university to which you plan to transfer early in your college career so you can verify the accuracy of the transfer guides. This list of transfer guides is not exhaustive. We have only listed the more popular programs offered by colleges reasonably close to Jackson, Hillsdale and Lenawee counties.
